When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account to the Launchly360 platform through Meta's Embedded Signup, Meta provides us with: your WhatsApp Business Account ID and business portfolio ID; your phone number ID and display number; your display-name review status, quality rating and messaging limit; and an access token that allows Launchly360 to send messages from your number and to receive delivery updates and account notifications for it.
We use this data only to send the messages you configure to people who registered for your webinars or programmes, to show delivery results and account status on your dashboard, and to keep your connection working. The access token is stored encrypted. We do not read your customer conversations other than opt-out replies (for example "STOP"), we do not use this data for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the cloud providers that host our service.
You can disconnect at any time from your client portal, or by removing Launchly360 as a partner in your Meta Business Settings. We then stop using the access token. See Deleting your data below.

If you connected a WhatsApp Business Account, you can also disconnect it yourself from your client portal or from your Meta Business Settings at any time.
